Welcome to one of the gentlest forms of Yoga where we will utilize creative use of the chair to meet EveryBODY where they are at regardless of age, fitness level, or physical condition to improve your health & well-being.
In this class we will incorporate the use of a chair into your yoga practice, showing you how postures can be safely adapted to your body with the support of the chair. In Chair Yoga you will learn & gain benefits of Yoga in a safe, gentle program where you will be offered comfortable support & stability from the chair without the strain of getting down-to or up-from the floor.
Join us in bringing motion to your joints, offering improved strength & balance to your muscles through these gentle, mindful movements. This gentle chair practice will offer your body an increase in range of motion, flexibility, as well as improving your core strength through breathing techniques & meditation to relieve stress & create an overall sense of peace and well-being.
